SPECIAL COMMUNITIES
| Community | Description | Notes |
| 13786:666 | Blackhole | Will discard traffic destined to hosts inside Seaborn's network. Only /32 and /128 masks are accepted for this community. |
| 13786:290 | Customer Backup | Routes tagged with this community will have lower preference (290) than default (300) in Seaborn backbone. It can be used by dual homed customers that want to keep backup advertisements. |
| 13786:90 | Less than Transit | Routes tagged with this community will have lower preference (90) than Transit (100) in Seaborn backbone. |
TRAFFIC ENGINEERING COMMUNITIES
The use of these BGP communities allow customers to prevent their prefixes from being advertised to specific peers.
It is important clarify that not all of our peers are eligible for traffic engineering.
The default action in the network is advertising Customers routes to every Transit and Peering networks.
Customers can use the following BGP communities to change this behavior.
